Women in Leadership is an internal communications initiative within Bacardi ONE, which aims to encourage more women to enter leadership positions in the company. Our task was to bring everything together under the same umbrella, ensuring consistency and clarity within the brand.

Idea
We created a powerful suite of internal communications that fitted in with Bacardi ONE's brand guidelines. The updated look and feel embraced complimentary colours that were bright and fresh with visible texture to the imagery.

Impact
The work supported Women in Leadership's long term strategy and was delivered in 40 countries with translated copy in 11 languages.
