Creating a bespoke cocktail to attract guests to our bars and restaurants over the festive season.

During the festive months of November and December, we needed to drive additional visits to Premier Inn’s bar and F&B spaces while enhancing brand perception and consideration during the festive season.
Insight
Drinking special alcoholic drinks at Christmas is a cherished tradition, bringing warmth, nostalgia, and celebration. Festive cocktails like mulled wine and spiced martinis capture the seasonal charm, promoting togetherness and indulgence while amplifying the joy and spirit of the holidays.
Idea
In collaboration with Pritesh Mody (World of Zing), one of the ‘Top 50’ most influential drink innovators and a mixologist from Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch, we crafted the 'Dream Catcher' – a Premier Inn-exclusive Purple Pornstar Martini with a warming ginger twist. This unique cocktail embraced seasonal flavours while marrying up with Premier Inn's brand essence.
The Dream Catcher was made it to the TV, showcasing the drink during a Sunday Brunch segment. Media photography highlighted the bespoke packaging and drink presentation, creating a strong visual link to the Premier Inn brand.
Impact
